ALL ABOUT ME
Nobody describes you better than your friends.
Rachel Ropella:

Joseph Antonio is an actor currently based in Chicago, IL after completing a season long Acting Residency at Milwaukee Repertory Theater and training at Pacific Performing Arts Theatre (PCPA). He gravitates towards new play development and has been involved in numerous workshops that center narratives rooted in magical realism, queer joy and social justice. Joseph loves to dig deep dramaturgically in the rehearsal room and grounds his work in authentic vulnerability, collaborative process, and diverse physical movement practices.
Jonathan Perkins:

If you know Joey, then you know a real DAWG. I can truly say that because I lived with him. One time when we were doing a Christmas Carol, his mustache came alive and started reciting every single line perfectly. He received a standing ovation. A true master at the craft. Ask him about his arm wrestling streak (he won 100 times without losing- we love a special skill). Love him. No bias. I swear.
Molly Dobbs:

Joey is not only an essential member of every ensemble that he is part of, he shines with a unique light that means you can’t take your eyes off him. He is kind and generous as a scene partner, always prepared with offerings and point of view, and will go out of his way to learn and grow in each room he enters. I can’t wait until the day I can get back onstage with him.
Nicole Jornacion:

Joey is one of those rare people who instantly make you feel seen and understood. As his best friend, I’ve watched him bring the same warmth, humor, and genuine care to his friendships as he does to his performances. He’s endlessly curious, always lifting up the people around him, and has a way of turning everyday moments into something unforgettable. Joey’s authenticity isn’t an act—it’s who he is, and it’s what makes being around him such a joy.
